Fungus Log

My lesson for the day is "Always check your camera battery before leaving the house". I chose to take the small Fuji camera as it fits in my pocket and the weather was again very misty and damp. The battery was flat so I had to rely on the phone again for shots of the dew on plants, walls and cobwebs. We enjoyed a longer walk than usual to some paths we have not been on for sometime. No views today but our attention was focused on the detail close by. One discovery was a log with a section of different fungi. A treasure trove. Grand's Sunday School within the next hour. Looking forward to seeing the results of my challenge to them to take creative shots using different techniques.
