Horses are well settled into their winter paddocks now.

Had a ride round the Res on Buddy with Kim and Georgia. Think I need to take some more hair off him as he was still steaming when we got back to the yard. We did have a good bomb up the phone box fields.

Kids had a lesson at lunchtime. Tobes is struggling. He seems very tense and is tipping forward in trot. He's fixing his hands on jack's neck so he's struggling to steer. I think I need to get him on the lunge and take away his reins and stirrups. I can't imagine that will go down well with him though!

Had a dog to walk afterwards then headed home to walk our three up Billa Barra whilst Mike went out on his bike. Made potato skins loaded with chilli beef for tea. They were yum.

Unfortunately as I'm away for a few days next week to look after Mum, I realised we were going to run out of lunchbox stuff before I'm back so I had to trundle off to the supermarket on a Saturday night whilst my husband drank beer!! Rubbish!
