Fields looked beautiful in the misty sunshine this morning. Took Lime round the woods with Kim and Georgia and had no brakes! Whilst everyone else was trotting he was cantering. He just would not stay in trot. I managed to keep the canter quite controlled but he'd have been flat out otherwise! My shoulders are aching like hell now from trying to hold onto him. But it's good because it shows he's feeling great.

Had to pop to Quorn to walk Tia then Mike brought the kids down to the yard to ride. He also helped me reorganise my storage area. Took the kids on a hack. We were losing the light so couldn't go far.

Looking forward to a Sunday roast tonight.
