Time to Remember

Today been Remembrance Sunday I wanted to blip a tribute to those who have lost their lives in the battle for freedom . After a steady start to the day having given my hair a trim and had a shower we took a walk into town after a light lunch . There is a tank memorial in town and a local school has added a poppy display to it . All the poppies are made from plastic bottle bases , some of them have taken a bit of a battering from the wind and rain but still a lovely tribute . If you look through the gap in the tank you can just make out the Cathedral in the mist .
Not the best of weather today so back home for a relaxing afternoon and evening . A film again tonight once we decide what to watch we have a list of films we want to watch so see what we are in the mood to watch.
