Saturday: Socialising While We Still Can

We were at P&J’s this evening for dinner.  Mid afternoon we got a message to say that we should come an hour earlier if we could, as a Provincial Health Order had just been issued, saying that all socialising in houses was now banned for two weeks, due to a rise in COVID numbers.  Travel is also strongly discouraged so we’ve now cancelled  the trip we were supposed to take next weekend (third trip we’ve cancelled this year).

The ban was due to start at 10pm tonight.

Don’t tell anyone but, despite our best intentions, it was after 10pm after we left.  But we’ll be good from now on.

As you can see, we had a good time with P&J.
