A labour of love

I love pesto (this one is parsley) and I love my 4 woman friends these jars are for.

It's taken me nearly a week to do the different tasks - dry roast sunflower and pumpkin seeds, pick and wash parsley, peel garlic etc. Today the food processor put it all together.

A few weeks ago my home help did the dry roasting for me. Progress on my recovery feom concussion journey :-)

Today's gratitude: For the rain. It's more in one day than we've had in a couple of years.
