Pohutukawas

We are away for a couple of weeks in our caravan. Tonight we are in Raglan.
Pohutukawas are coastal trees often seen clinging to cliffs with their roots exposed. They flower at Christmas time with bright red flowers and are known as the NZ Christmas tree. There are a lot of them around Raglan, some of them already in full flower.
