In our time

This house began as a simple but solid farmhouse half way between the 1745-46 Rising and the American War of Independence. It was extended (this room is part of that) a few years after the 1812 war between the UK and its now independent former colony. Another addition was made aroubd 1890, the year the descendants of the original settlers crushed the Sioux nation at Wounded Knee.

So much history, while life in this house went on.

Now, in 2020, Trump and COVID.
