Notes: Woke early, beautiful morning. Went out for a run but right calf still seizing up so didn't get very far. Did a lot more clearing and releasing. Made pancakes for breakfast, watched the CBS Sun morning show. Football started shortly after, Denver looked awful most of the game and lost again. Big batch of nachos and then the afternoon games were pretty exciting. Quiet rest of the day and to bed early.
