A Trifle Exciting

I'd like to pretend this strawberry trifle layer cheesecake was bought in preparation for American not sh*tting the bed with this election, however a) I was not at all confident in a good result and b) as soon as we saw this it went into the online basket regardless of the electoral outcome, because look how yummy it looks! Tasted pretty great, too.
