1984 - or turning a corner?

An appropriate image for the moment. Bombarded with so much information and opinions, it’s difficult to decipher the truth from the fake.

We walked into the centre for the first time in weeks. Food shops etc open. So there were a few people around. A couple of enterprising cafés had set up counters in their shop entrance.

However there was an eerie silence. No groups of friends chatting, few cars.

Majoayee’s Mono Monday challenge, “Shape & Form in the Landscape: Leading Lines” has entertained me for a good part of the day. In the end, after some deliberation, it had to be ‘1984’. Have added 2 other candidates in extras.
