Dentist this morning.  I thought I was having a little filling but it took ages. Dentist started off in PPE and then dressed up in his full novichock gear before drilling. A few minutes in, he realised something was missing, so the novichock gear came off. He went to fetch whatever it was then came back and dressed up again. All takes time. 

A day of showers.
