End Of Day Light

Been a long and busy day. Both Katy and I were up early to do the school run as we had stuff to do together. First on the list was to go up to the Palm Court Hotel to sort out the last of the stuff for K's mums 60th birthday do on Sunday. After that we had to go across town as Katy was picking up a couple of gro-bags for Lady Tara.

Came home via the baker for brekkie before I had to go back out for the cars mot. We use the local council depot because they don't fix the so no reason to rip you off by saying it needs this, that and the other. Well it failed so I nipped off to the garage who does our work and he looked at it, fixed it pronto and charged me £5. Called the council back and they said to bring it back in at 4. I should point out the £5 is the only thing we have had to pay in 6yrs of having the car so can't grumble really.

Went to pick up Matthew from school so stayed at K's folks for a wee while before heading back down to get it back through the mot re-sit. They were running late but when they got round to it it only took literally 3mins to pass. Took this shot on the way home while on Union Street. We got a Chinese for supper and just relaxing now.
