A moment of hygge

I realise hygge is very 2017 internationally speaking but it is definitely a real thing in Denmark. I'm working quite hard trying to finish off some scientific articles for Academic writing month so after making dinner, washing up, preparing lunchboxes and putting the kids to bed a pause with a home-made blueberry muffin and a cup of hot gløgg was very welcome...

I'm afraid I buy my gløgg (mulled wine) ready made from the Irma (pricy but good) and I drink it Danish style with chopped almonds and raisins. It is perfect for an autumn/winter evening, but just the one or I'll have to rewrite everything tomorrow so it makes sense...

Back to the grindstone now...
