Morning Kayak

On the way to morning tea with the church ladies, I stopped by the lake to see what was happening.  These kayakers were having a very slow trip along the lake front.  The extra photos are (1)  Lupins by the lake  (2)  Californian Poppies  (3)  By the tree.  I noticed today that there are lots of new leaves growing along the lowest branch.  That will make a huge difference in a couple of years (hopefully).  +24C.

After lunch I had a nice walk from Bremner Bay back to the Yacht Club.  It was so nice as it is a shady walk.  I have clocked up 10,000 steps, so after dinner I will start to stack the firewood into the shed, as it has been drying nicely over the last month.
