A Lovely Sunday Morning

It was hard to decide which direction to go today to give Ash a walk and take some photos. We headed west along the back roads that used to be the A66 and ended up in Threlkeld.

This shot was taken from Blease Fell, looking towards St. John's Vale and Tewet Tarn.

Because I had no rolls for the lunchtime bacon butties we called in at Cocklakes farm shop on the way back and had a rather nice cuppa to warm us up again.

Refreshed by the morning outing, I spent the afternoon sorting, tidying and throwing stuff out.
