My Zen Garden

My Zen Garden - I created a new garden today made up of a Shell from Guernsey, some Blue Sand! and 5 Stones from Aldeburgh. I have collected stones from beaches I have visited for many years. Lots of my friends have known this and brought me a stone / stones back from their holidays. While we were away recently with Frances and her family in Aldeburgh, Grandchildren Aiden and Evelyn (aka Beanie) brought me stones. The big stone was from Aiden and the four smaller stones from Bean. On returning home I put them on my draw unit near my bed. This is where my daily blood pressure medication lives and meant that I saw them each day and had a 'Zen Moment'. I decided today to create a 'Zen Garden'
