Strange objects

They may not look strange to you, but I pass through this park almost every day on my morning walk, and this lawn is either completely empty or filled with people exercising. An abandoned soccer ball and a seemingly pointless caution marker are not normal occupants of the place, and they seemed particularly bizarre in conjunction. Still, stranger things have happened...
