LD 232 Inside out

We are already at the time of year when it is dark before 5.00pm and whilst I work on in the study (where I have been since 8.00 am and where I will be until at least 6.30)  the reflections slowly emerge, showing inside and out in one glance. 

Though I have also been, courtesy of the digital world we live in, giving evidence to a House of Lords Committee alongside my Welsh counterpart,  in conversation with the Australian High Commissioner  (who was having a virtual tour of Scotland ) and in several detailed meetings in Edinburgh.
