Superb skies and weather today.

Started the day with a bike ride and ended it with circuits with Mr John. Managed to fit in work around that.

Not a bad Monday at all. Thanks John it was a blast , enjoyed every minute apart from the moment when I wanted to vomit and uttered my only " fuck
" of the night *
