Shredded

Our trusty and much loved shredder at work. We are getting through a lot of it at the moment as we are very busy.

Went to see a physio today regarding my knee. He confirms my thoughts that it is nerve pain, and that the pain killer the GP gave me won’t be beneficial.  I have some exercises to do and an excuse to sit with a hot water bottle on an evening. Watch this space. Follow up appointment in 2 weeks.
