Much happier day

I was admitted to hospital at 8 this morning to have an operation on my injured arm. After 4 hours of tests, staring at X rays and discussion the surgeon decided to remove my cast and examine my elbow and arm. Lots of gentle prodding and twisting revealed good movement and virtually no pain. Hooray, I have been given a supportive brace. It is far from over however the signs are positive. I am still off work until Christmas.
