Labour of love

This quilt top stitched together by machine today and the small rectangle of half inch hexagons completed also.
The other labour of love was 50 years ago...my first baby was born and today he and his lovely family are driving north to Motueka, from where they’ll head off to trek the Abel Tasman Track. Wishing him special love on his 50th birthday.
