A walk on the Wet Side

I think it has rained all day today, even if the rain was not very heavy. Despite the weather I forced myself out in the afternoon.

I tried this photo in B&W and quite liked the effect, however the colour version matches better the Wide Wednesday theme of light and shade. In this image the darks would be to black for my taste.
