Give me just a little more time . . .

This is a pretty steep hill but I don't think that the driver of this car is giving the cyclist any help by driving so closely behind him . . .

We spent a lot of today organising viewing and knocking houses off our list were "under offer" etc . . .  and I learned a new term, "flying freehold".  Apparently it's where the boundary between two adjoining properties is not clear cut, or which is blurred by overhangs or irregular buildings.  I wonder if we ought to avoid a house with one of those.
