Blue and gold

Quick trip to the market which was much less crowded in terms of stalls and customers.  It was much easier to maintain social distancing and felt safer overall.
On journey home saw this handsome cygnet which hissed at passersby.  I was lucky to not be greeted.
Once home, took Murray for a walk. After lunch had WhatsApp call with my Readeasy student. We are reading Rebecca, so far as a free sample e-book.  I'm hoping it will continue to be interesting to her.  I'm certainly enjoying du Maurier's writing far more than the first time i read it years ago.
Had zoom Green Party call on Trans Rights. I'm certainly in favour but didn't realise how complex gender status can be.
