Mindfulness

Busy day today.
Interview this morning so trip to Glasgow for that-with pup in tow for exercise in Pollock Park before a bite of lunch in Pollock House then home to drop off pup before heading back to Glasgow to take mum to the dentist, catch up with Alison and then our Mindfulness class.
