Walk with the dogs

Late afternoon walk with the dogs was needed after an unproductive day. Roofers started refelting so lots of noise all day meant it has been difficult to concentrate on writing my response to “ the way forward “ paper A document produced by our NHS trust to save money.
Our nhs service has not seen any extra funding for the last 20 years and staffing has dwindled with that now more savings are needed to be made.
I wonder at whose cost though.
