Rush hour

An early start on an empty train to Livingston for a long postponed out patient dermatological procedure at St John’s hospital. I was very impressed by everyone working there (and throughout the NHS) in the face of a pandemic that has now claimed over 50000 lives in the U.K.
I made time to pay my respects at the Waverley station’s war memorial remembering all those who did not come home.
