A 5k run this morning whilst I caught up with a friend, the a quick turnaround for catchup number 2 with Fiona. Someone as distracted by the autumn leaves and taking photos as I am. We had a lovely walk up to St Ives on this relatively warm day. 30000 steps later I was feeling pretty tired this evening.
