Sunshine

It was lovely to see some sunshine this morning..by the time we were able to get out on our daily walk, it was already past noon and the sun was dipping towards the horizon. The days are getting noticeably shorter and we have to make the most of the daylight while we can.

This week is Scottish Interfaith Week and I joined our local Interfaith group for a Zoom meeting. The theme was « connecting » and we all had to write a haiku on the subject.

I’ve done some housework this afternoon while D has done his college work, and now I’m about to catch up on « Bleak House ». It’ll soon be time to light the fire and make the tea. There’s something to be said for these cosy autumn evenings :-)
