Happy Valentines

I got this beautiful purple calla lily plant from Glenn for Valentines day. The color is fabulous! I'm going to plant it in my garden and hope that it does well. How wonderful it would be to have white AND purple calla lilies come up every year!

It's Monday and I am tired. I started a new book last night and, as I usually do, finished it last night...ugh. LATE. I just don't know why I can't put a book down once I start it. Maybe I need to start one earlier in the evening so as not to take it so late into the night OR...save it for the next night. It was a goooood book!!

We have been living here on the southern Oregon coast for 2 years now. Man time sure does fly. We have been in our 'new' home a year and it looks just like it did when we moved in...bleh. Still have tons packed in boxes, no decorating, no color, no new painted walls like I planned to do AND our bathroom still looks just like it did when my husband on sons ripped it apart....months ago!! I know it will all get done but I am impatient and want it done now. One day at a time, I guess *sigh

It is another sunny/cloudy day but coooold. I don't think I thawed out after being out in it yesterday yet :o) Looking forward to sitting in front of the fire tonight.

I best get back to work. Took a much needed attitude adjustment break and came home to walk in the garden. I hope everyones week started off positive!!
