Lighting the first of the Sunwait candles. 
The pagan in me got really happy when I discovered this way of lighting candles. One each Thursday, 6 weeks before the Solstice on December 21st, when the light returns. Or, six day before Solstice, whatever feels best. And there's a little poem read for each and every candle. 
I read about this on Instagram a couple of days ago and had to scramble a bit to get things ready. I had 6 small blue candles in a drawer, perfect for this, but I couldn't find the round shaped tin I use for my advent candles, so I had to compromise. And then I wrote the poems on small tags. Then I had to carve the futhark runes on the candles too. :)
