Two deliveries!

I did 40 minutes on the bike, just because I was watching an episode of ‘This Life’ on my iPad and forgot about my pains.

JR went off to Bruntsfield to buy something (for a present) urgently in case it was sold out - she took Archie too, and they had a play in the Links on the way home. 

One delivery arrived a day early - a Roberts Radio. I wanted to be able to listen to podcasts or my own playlists while in the kitchen. I’m a Radio 4 fan, but sometimes it’s not interesting, so a podcast, or a programme I’ve missed, would be better.

Later on, the John Lewis van pulled up and a new mattress was delivered for the new bed. The spare room is just about all sorted now. We had a gin to celebrate.

JR, bless her, took time to take some photos on the Links, as the sun was just going down nicely. She’s getting quite keen on taking photos!
