WORLD KINDNESS DAY
Since the beginning of COVID I have been following guided meditations on the CALM APP, to help ease anxiety & insomnia.
It has helped wonderfully.
Today’s guided meditation is on spreading LOVING KINDNESS, beginning with ourselves, then spreading it to others.
It is as simple as wishing ourselves &
others health, happiness & peace.
No heavy lifting!
Repeat for yourself, then others:
