Covered in paint, as per

I feel absolutely exhausted. The last few days have been so busy with work, the house is upside down and I've shouted at the girls when I shouldn't have and then felt horrid for doing so. This evening I feel a sense of relief though as I have 4 days off now, its Ivy's birthday on Saturday and I can switch off from work for a short while and concentrate on us and enjoy her special weekend.

Bea had crazy hair day at school and went in with pink hair. She came out completely covered in paint as is usual for her. I wouldn't usually put her in light colour leggings but I'm so behind on washing, this is all I had.

Ivy got put up to rainbow today on the behaviour chart at school and came out with a sticker. She said it was because she spelled out cat on her own! She is really getting the hang of her letters now. It's brilliant watching her learn and her enthusiasm is growing every day. I feel very proud of her.
