THURSDAY WFH Day #154

After nearly a week of dullness, the sun was shining. A busy day behind the computer but I managed a 6 km run up to Norland first thing and then a 3 km walk mid-afternoon.

Depressing news on the number of coronavirus cases, hospital admissions and deaths. I do hope the benefits of the current lockdown become visible in the next few days.

I took this shot on my run about 2 km from home on the edge of the moor.
