On the way

We loaded up the truck in the freezing cold this morning. This was the view as we traveled the snow covered dirt road to get to the paved highway. Luckily the paved road was cleared!

As we traveled along Interstate 80 in Wyoming toward Laramie and Cheyenne the wind gusts were really rocking the truck. Even though the sun was shiny the wind was blowing the snow all over the road. I was driving so I could not even get a photo of this amazing phenomena! The hubby was not interested in working the camera.

We have settled in for the night at North Platte, Nebraska. Tomorrow will be a long driving day of ten or so hours.
