Even If I Do Need To Start Getting Up Earlier

I am more than happy working from home and not having to travel, but the one disadvantage is that if I am not careful I can go the whole day barely reaching 1000 steps. So I have decided to get back to using my cross trainer before work.

A gentle start, as I need to build up over a few weeks but I did feel better for it, even if I do need to start getting up earlier to fit it in as I was a bit late sitting down at my desk this morning!
