Twisted

Of today’s photos I like this one the best. We bought this twisted hazel nearly 15 years ago on the shores of Loch Fyne and apart from the occasional renegade straight branch it is living up to its twisted name.

Lots of twisting later on as I kneaded home made pizza dough. It would have been much easier to take ready made ones out of the freezer but we had various toppings to use up. The end result - see extra - turned out tasty.

At the end the day every digit was twisted and crossed and nails bitten waiting for the result of the Scotland Serbia match. For once in 22 years a significant positive result to allow us to qualify for the finals of a major international tournament.
