The skies cleared for a few hours so I headed stat with the dog. It took me a long time to learn that you make hay while the sun shines in Ireland !
I heard this little bird before I saw it , cheeping and then swooping,  it settled on the top of the amphitheater  frame and watched me.  I think it’s a meadow pippit 
Had a good long chat with my ex wife ( Homebirth friend and colleague - we spent more night time with each other than our husbands for 5 years )!
Feeling a bit fragile today,  a beautiful autumn ride in the woods with my pony and friend Susan put things back in an even keel . I’m blaming  the Spotify music , it tapped into something !!
