DAY 3 CIVIL WAR RE-ENACTMENT

It's just after sunup and I caught these two girls peeking through the tent flap at me while I photographed another re-enactor down the tent line making coffee. In fact, lots of participants were making coffee at sunup. 

Things start getting messy about this time as some "modern" artifacts start to show up...coolers and things like that. I have to be very careful to exclude those items from my photos...and the participants jump to hide them as I approach.

I saw the two girls a bit later out of their PJs and into costume (it's a family thing); I made a photo of them which I will post tomorrow.
