Nerine

A bright spot of colour on my walk this morning was this nerine in a front garden. I have never had much luck with nerines, but I really should try again, they are so pretty.
Normous is very disgruntled. He cannot understand why whereas two people can go out for a walk together, two people cannot go out to play golf together. So he sits at home, unable to see his friends, unable to motivate himself to do anything.. He is spending some time on the phone, catching up with friends. I, meanwhile have got stuck into my latest embroidery project.
