Penguin with box

Another day with a visit to the hospital. There is a lot of interesting art, both sculptures and paintings. I have always liked this penguin with a blue cube on his stomach. 
Why he has a box on his stomach I do not know. Maybe it reminds the artist of the hot-dogs-sellers who walked around with a box with the sausage on their stomach long time ago.
