Bread, for a change ...

Could've been another Aros pic but decided to attempt the domestic goddess thing and made some bread today.  Turned out well.  The rolls are made from with malted wheat flour and the loaf a mix of light rye and malted wheat.  The latter, pretty heavy but delicious.
