Autumn Display

I took the green gourds that I grew from seed this year to my lovely friend Liz. I tried growing them especially for her as she loves using them in decorations so much. I haven’t seen her because of COVID so I decided to drop them outside her door last night in a beautiful decorated basket.
Her partner sent me this photo today to show what she had done with them.
Gorgeous display in her entrance hall.
She was so touched last night that we spent an hour on the phone. It’s sooo important to keep in touch with the people we care about.
