Death of a tree

We had lunch at the Tahunanui Motor Camp with a group of friends yesterday and there was a lot of Spring cleaning going on. Lots of gardening and tree felling.
This tree was one if two huge trees. Sad to see them come down, obviously there was some reason.
I said to hubby to hop over the fence and fill the boot of the Rav4 with the big rounds of wood but I can't print his reply here! Lol
