In addition to severe psoriatic arthritis, Andrew has now been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, which is causing a lot of pain in his shoulders and neck.

He looks almost like to he is about to address an audience but if it helps, who cares.

We had a great evening out eating Indian food before Andrew heads off to house sit for mates who are on a working trip to the Eastern Cape. I think I would have been inclined to have gone with them.
