One Man And His Dog Went To Mow

We went to meet some window maintenance guys at our property in Ongar. While they were doing their stuff we sat in the garden in the warm sunshine. I was keeping a look out for wildlife when I spotted this weather vane between the buildings. It's Old Father Time but because of the presence of the dog I prefer to think of it as One Man Went To Mow.

One man went to mow,
Went to mow a meadow,
One man and his dog,
