My First Tagine

My First Tagine - two years ago when in Essaouira, we took part in a cooking workshop and learnt how to make a proper Moroccan tagine. Finally, I finished a photo book, got a tagine pot and tried to make my own. It smells heavenly and I hope my Moroccan teacher would be proud of me.
